Dadu River’s Largest Hydropower Plant Entered the 5G Era
Lately, the mobile 5G base station project in the production and office areas of Dadu River Pubugou Hydropower General Plant, including Pubugou and Shenxigou hydropower stations, under CHN Energy accomplished the acceptance testing, achieving full coverage of 5G signals in all factory facilities and marking that the plant has entered the 5G era. Relying on 5G’s technical advantages such as high speed, low latency and multiple connections, the plant pushed forward the construction of a new-type network spatial architecture that features “5G + intelligent hydropower plant”, which lays an infrastructure foundation for production scheduling and safety in its hydropower stations and effectively improves its capacity in digital, intelligent hydropower generation.
